These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") apply to your participation as an affiliate for AxiVentory (the "Company"). By registering as an affiliate or using the affiliate portal, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.
1. Program Overview
The affiliate program lets you refer customers to the Company using your unique referral code/link. If an eligible referred customer completes a qualifying purchase, you may earn a commission as described here.
2. Eligibility & Accurate Information
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information (name, email, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.
3. Approval & Account Status
New affiliate registrations are typically reviewed before activation. If your account is not active, you may not be able to log in. The Company may approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate affiliate accounts at its discretion.
4. Referral Links & Tracking
- You will receive a referral code and a referral link in the affiliate portal.
- Tracking depends on browser/device settings (e.g., cookies) and may not work in all scenarios.
- You must not modify tracking parameters in ways intended to misattribute referrals.
5. Commissions
Commission rates, qualifying products/plans, and eligibility rules are configured by the Company and may change over time. Commissions may be marked as pending until a referred customer's payment is verified and the refund/chargeback window (if any) has passed.
Referral Bonus Calculation:
- Trial Signups: When someone signs up using your affiliate link for a free trial account, no commission is earned at that time. The referral is tracked with a "pending" status.
- Paid Signups: When someone signs up directly as a paid user (completes payment immediately), the referral bonus is calculated and marked as "converted" once payment is successfully processed.
- Trial-to-Paid Conversions: If a trial user who signed up using your affiliate link later converts to a paid plan, the referral bonus is calculated at the time of conversion based on their first payment amount. This ensures affiliates are rewarded when trial users become paying customers.
Important: Commissions are only earned when a referred user makes a payment. Trial signups alone do not generate commissions, but if that trial user converts to a paid plan, you will receive the commission at that time. The system automatically tracks trial-to-paid conversions and calculates commissions accordingly.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices.
- Bid on the Company’s brand name in paid ads (if prohibited by the Company’s policy) or impersonate the Company.
- Create fake accounts, self-refer, or attempt to manipulate attribution.
- Use unauthorized coupons, incentives, or rebates unless explicitly approved.
7. Payouts & Payment Details
If payouts are offered, you may be required to provide valid payment details and tax information. Payout timing and minimum thresholds (if any) are determined by the Company. The Company may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraud, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, or accounting errors.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to commissions you receive.
9. Termination
Either you or the Company may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, access to the affiliate portal may be disabled and pending commissions may be forfeited if they are associated with policy violations or suspected fraud.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available at
/affiliate-portal/terms. Your continued participation after changes means you accept the updated
terms.
