Key Workflows

Adding a New Customer

  1. Click "Add Customer" button to expand the form
  2. Fill in basic information: name, email, phone, company, designation

  5. Click "Add Customer" to save - appears in table immediately

Adding Additional Contacts

  1. Find the company row in the customers table
  2. Click "Add Contact" button for that company
  3. Fill in new contact details - company info is inherited
  4. New contact appears under the same company
