Key Workflows

Adjusting Stock for an Item

  1. Search or scan the item to open details
  2. Click "Adjust Stock" and select adjustment type (Receive, Issue, Correction)
  3. Enter quantity, add a note for audit trail
  4. Click "Save" to update stock and log the adjustment
  5. View adjustment in item history and analytics dashboard

Transferring Stock Between Locations

  1. Select item and click "Transfer"
  2. Choose source and destination locations
  3. Enter quantity and confirm transfer
  4. System updates stock in both locations and logs transfer in audit trail
