Key Workflows

Managing Vocabulary

  1. Navigate to the Learning & Testing page and select the "Learning" tab
  2. Add vocabulary manually by entering word, definition, and category
  3. Or use Excel bulk upload to add multiple words at once
  4. Organize vocabulary by categories for easy management
  5. Edit or delete vocabulary entries as needed
  6. All vocabulary is available organization-wide for test creation

Creating Reusable MCQ Tests

  1. Go to the "Testing" tab in Learning & Testing
  2. Click "Generate Test" to create a new MCQ test
  3. Select vocabulary categories or specific words to include
  4. Set test parameters: number of questions, time limit, passing score
  5. Configure test settings: published, draft, or archived status
  6. Save the test - it becomes available to all learners in your tenant
  7. Tests can be cloned and reused multiple times

Taking MCQ Tests

  1. Learners navigate to "Available Tests" section
  2. Select a published test from the list
  3. Start the test - monitoring may be enabled for integrity
  4. Answer multiple-choice questions from the vocabulary
  5. Submit test when complete
  6. View instant results with correct answers and score
  7. All attempts are recorded in attempt history

Creating Theory Exams

  1. Switch to the "Theory" tab in Learning & Testing
  2. Create theory questions with descriptive answer requirements
  3. Build theory tests by selecting questions and setting parameters
  4. Configure test settings and publish for learners
  5. Theory tests require manual review and grading

Reviewing Theory Submissions

  1. Access the "Theory Review Queue" in the Theory tab
  2. View submitted theory exam answers from learners
  3. Review each answer and provide feedback
  4. Assign scores and grades for each question
  5. Complete review to finalize results
  6. Learners can view graded results and feedback

Viewing Results & History

  1. Access "Test Attempts" to view all test-taking history
  2. Filter results by test, learner, date, or score
  3. View detailed results showing correct/incorrect answers
  4. Review performance metrics and time taken
  5. Track progress over time for individual learners
  6. Export or analyze results for reporting purposes
