Key Workflows

Adding a Single Product

  1. Click "New Product" button to expand the add product form
  2. Enter product name (required) and unique SKU (required)
  3. Fill in category, price, stock quantity, and description
  4. Select supplier and warehouse from dropdowns
  5. Complete any custom fields relevant to your business
  6. Click "Add Product" to save - product appears in the table immediately

Bulk Importing Products

  1. Click "Bulk Import" button to open the import modal
  2. Download the Excel template
  3. Fill in the template with your product data
  4. Upload your completed Excel file
  5. Review the preview showing how many products will be imported
  6. Click "Import Products" to process and add all items

Using Barcode Scanner

  1. Click the "Scan Barcode" button to activate the scanner
  2. Allow camera access when prompted by your browser
  3. Point your camera at the product barcode
  4. The system automatically searches for the product when barcode is detected
  5. If found, the product details modal opens
  6. If not found, you receive an option to add a new product with the scanned barcode as SKU
